As Community Relations Officer, Tony M. Collins works with elected and city officials to make a positive impact on communities nationwide. His primary focus is understanding the needs of communities and providing solutions that help them achieve their goals. Over the course of his career he has served and excelled in numerous positions, gaining experience in business attraction and development, market research, marketing, and relationship management. Tony’s passion to succeed, willingness to help others, and relentless work ethic brings tremendous value to our team and the communities we serve.


Tony received his bachelor’s degree in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.   He has received numerous distinguish awards throughout his career. He is highly regarded for his thought logic surrounding his intuitive, yet data driven, metrics-based models of provider solutions.
